ATGC Labs was founded in 2004 by a group of world class experts in design and development of enterprise level solutions for computational biology. Most of our staff has 5-10 years of prior experience of bioinformatics work in companies such as InforMax, Inc. and Invitrogen Corporation. Since ATGC Labs foundation in 2004, majority of our employees are involved in a variety of software design and development projects at National Center for Biotechnology Information (NLM, NIH).

eLN, electronic Laboratory Notebook

eLN, a web based, secure, fully configurable, modular and expandable electronic laboratory notebook system was designed to meet your company's needs. eLN inspires users to work and think outside the box, supports collaboration and knowledge sharing among users, provides enterprise-wide instrument and software integration, easy access to the projects and experiments. eLN is the cost efficient implementation, suitable for all scientific and applied tasks, is easy to install, use and to implement new workflows, and workflow sets.

Cell and Tissue Culture

Cell and Tissue Culture is a highly specialized protocol-driven system designed to support development of the cell lines. Cell and Tissue Culture manages activities related to the growth and maintenance of cell lines, provides stable cell lines development and incorporates laboratory methods facilitating faster and more accurate inventory lifecycle management: from the procurement of cell lines and request processing to tracking of tubes and other items in the laboratories.

useLIMS

useLIMS is a web-based Laboratory Information Management System that consists of software modules dedicated for annotating, collecting, managing, and accessing research data generated in the process of biological and chemical experiments, including drug screening and discovery.

ezFreezer®

In 2006 ATGC Labs announced the first release of its ezFreezer system - the advanced software solution that maximizes laboratory efficiency through organization of resources. Our ezFreezer system enables scientific and business managers to control the location, destination and outcome of every precious laboratory sample. In the end, our customers can integrate laboratory processes and software solutions with ease, flexibility and confidence. ATGC Labs developers are carefully reviewing our client's feedback on laboratory sample management and we are constantly working to optimize our software solution to best meet our customer's needs.
